Attended Santa Ana Community College 1983-1985 -- Awards and Honors: All League, All State, All American.

Earned a Full Athletic Scholarship to University of Utah in March 1985. In his senior year was ranked #8 in the nation for reception, grabbing 64 catches and 11 touchdowns.

Spring of 1987 signed with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted Free Agent Tight End/H-Back. In his Rookie season, won Super Bowl XXII, defeating the Denver Broncos 42-10. In only his second year won the starting job at Tight End/H-Back and Holder for extra points and field goals as well as all Special Teams with the Redskins.

In 1989 he signed as a Free Agent with the San Diego Chargers, finishing his career there in 1992 with just over 100 receptions in his football career.

1995 played Tight End/H-Back, Amsterdam Admirals, NFL Europe, played in NFL Euro- Championship Game-World Bowl '95.

1987 to Present Various coaching clinics and camps including: Former San Diego Charger Martin Bayless Football Camp for kids (San Diego); NFL Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson's Football Camp for Military Kids, Camp Pendalton Oceanside, CA .
