I run a boot-camp fitness program downtown in Manhattan and I am ISSA certified. I also lost 70 lbs in 6 months solely using my own body weight. So I promote a low risk in injury workout where members work through a variety of resistant exercises. Most of my sessions are high intense cardiovascular training where individuals could expect to burn anywhere between 700-1000 calories in just one hour. My target market ranges from the ages of 25-45 years of age. I have trained soccer clinics and ran athletic events in my years of training.

I was assistant captain of my schools Soccer team. Also I have ran half marathons at 6:30 minutes per mile. I am the founder of a fitness boot camp called Coss Athletics and concentrate in low risk in injury workout where members work through a variety of resistant exercises. Most of my sessions are high intense cardiovascular training where individuals could expect to burn anywhere between 700-1000 calories in just one hour. The athletes I train typically range from the ages of 25-45 years of age. I have trained soccer clinics and ran athletic events in my years of training.

Crazy workout, intense ab sequences esp for lower abs. It's in the same type of cardio + strength training space as Epic but a lot more about proper form and using your own body weight. Definitely felt it the next day but definitely going back. Coss - the trainer, is a total legend as well, a very entertaining class.
