I'm an elite level coach that has worked with Gold Medalists, MLB, MLS and NFL athletes. I specialize in taking athletes to the next level. I train athletes as young as 8 years old to develop basic sport motor skills to the elite age who want to improve sport performance and improve speed development. I have worked as a coach for World Championship Track and Field Teams, a contracted coach for Special Operations (focusing on sport performance), and I have independently worked with 100's of elite athletes.

I am an Olympic Track and Field athlete (2004 Athens). 10 Time Big Ten Champion and 11 Time All American while competing for Penn State University. I have made 3 Pan American Teams, 2 World Championship Teams and the Olympic Team in 2004. I was a Nike Sponsored and Adidas sponsored athlete

All athletes that go through with my system begins with a Performance Checkup. This allows the athlete to show me what they already know how to do well and areas that can use improvement. The Performance Checkup varies depending on the athletes sport and ability levels but some of the test include 60 yard, 40 yard, 10 yard, 1 step acceleration, standing broad jump, L.E.F.T Test, sport specific agility test and strength test (if applicable). After this we determine the best training schedule for you and your goals. Typical training schedule is 3-4 times per week giving us a day of absolute speed work, sport conditioning, sport specific strength training. Within the selected sessions the athletes also receive a 1 on 1 Performance Nutrition Session, Mental Performance and Goal Setting Session to aide in the athlete achieving their Championship Moment. All sessions are typically an hour but depends on what the focus is for the session
