More About Coach Connor

I am a UESCA Certified Running Coach who's goal is to help runners improve their fitness no matter what experience level they possess. My specialty is in mid-long distance, which can involve training for events starting at 800 meters up to a full marathon. My aim is to make the training process an enjoyable and personal experience with individualized training plans based on your goals.

Outside of coaching, I am a licensed physical therapist. While my services here will not involve physical therapy, I will use my knowledge and experience to make you a more efficient runner and decrease the risk of injury.

18 years of competitive running experience
2x marathon finisher, including Chicago
6 Half Marathons
Former Division 3 NCAA Cross Country and Track athlete

Our plan will consist of at least 12 weeks of personalized training. The length of time can be increased depending on your needs/timeframe.

Each plan includes:
- An introductory in-person session to focus on pacing, form, and drills.
- A personalized online running plan, updated weekly
- Additional in person sessions as needed and per availability
- Unlimited texting/email communication with phone calls as needed
- Strength training guidance
- Training accountability
- Race preparation

At the end of the day, I want this process to be enjoyable for you! My goal is to continue to excite your passion for running, as this is a sport that has been incredibly important to my own life as well.

Connor wrote plans for my 10k, 5k and most recently half marathon. He’s been great at helping me manage minor injuries, aches and pains and figure out when it’s okay to push vs take some rest.
