More About Coach Colin

I have coached athletes at all levels, recreational through professional. Currently I am coaching out of Authentic Performance Center training athletes and tactical athletes. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Psychology, an M.S. in Exercise Science - Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention, and have certifications through NASM and NASE.

I played sports growing up and in High School. After High School I joined the United States Marine Corps where I spent 12 years on active duty, completing 4 combat deployments, and was pivotal in the training and development of the tactical athletes during their preparation for 9 combat deployments. I have received numerous awards and recognition for the implementation of training plans I have designed and implemented.

Each session is designed around your needs as an athlete, and making you better on the field. All sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by exercises that will help correct movement patterns. After that we will focus on your specific needs, speed & agility, power, strength, endurance, etc. We will finish with some foam rolling and other cool-down techniques to aid the recovery process.
