More About Coach Cody

I have recently graduated from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. While at the University I shadowed as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for 6 different varsity teams accumulating over 400 hours in the weight room. In my final semester I volunteered as the head strength and conditioning coach for the women's varsity soccer team at the University and spent nearly an entire semester working with them. After college I was hired as the assistant varsity/head junior varsity field hockey coach at West York Area High School. We just completed the season and tied for first place in our division.

I am very enthusiastic about coaching both on the field and in the weight room. I have a wide variety of knowledge and skills to assist in several different sports for both males and females. I'm looking forward to working with new athletes to make them reach their goals of becoming the best they can be.

Over 400 hours in the weight room with college level athletes.
First year field hockey coach and finished tied for first in the division.
Trained both male and female athletes varying from ages 14 to 21.

Will begin by discussing goals and expectations. I will then design a proper warm up and workout plan to reach those goals. The beginning of the workout will be the designed warm up followed by the workout. Each workout can be different and will target specifically what we are trying to improve.
