First we start by warming up with a light jog then start getting into our mobility stretching loosing up the hips and getting the blood flowing. After that we focus on footwork with the speed ladder focusing on speed, mobility and stability. Secondly hand eye coordination with tennis balls which allows you to only catch with your hands not with your chest. Next lateral and directional movement. Finally position drills and working on our craft.

Client Reviews

He has a gift when working with youth. I love the way he works with my son and makes him feel comfortable to push beyond his mental limitations. I can already tell his
Confidence has improved after one session. We will definitely be long time clients. He is very professional and organized I couldn’t be more pleased with his services

I was very impressed with my 8 year old son's first training session with Coach Clint. Coach started him with the basics in footwork, balance and technique and we noticed a lot of improvement during the first session. My son is excited to practice what he learned at home and looks forward to his next session. Clint is a great communicator, motivator and coach!

Coach Clint is a great coach, I’m not the greatest at my position but i feel like he’ll be able to make me greatest to every play the game

Great coach! Just finished first session and can already tell he will be a huge benefit to my son’s development. Methodical, patient and relates well to the player!

Had our first practice with coach Clint and it was nothing short of amazing. We arrived and he was early, on time and ready to go! He was very dedicated, focused and made my son feel comfortable but most importantly confident. My son left his first session feeling like he has the abilities to be great at football. Coach has been a great communicator, and we will definitely continue to work with him.

Coach Clint is fantastic! My son is learning so much! Clint is training him on a great foundation of skills that will give my son the correct way to build up his skill level. I am so grateful. Clint does a wonderful job in making it fun for my son and keeping him engaged. He explains why each task is helpful and breaks it down for my son to understand. He is passionate and energetic and positive toward each activity. Looking forward to more coaching sessions.

Clint was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and worked very well with my 12 year Old Son. Definitely having my Son train with him again.

Very down to earth, but knows his stuff.

He really knows what he’s doing! He caters to the athlete’s specific sport pretty well, plus his workouts are intense, but productive in ways you would’ve never imagined! Because of that, I believe that I’ll become a more athletic basketball player and be able to dunk the basketball with ease among a bunch of other attributes that come with basketball athleticism!

Clint is great!!! he knew what he was doing. He doesn’t just teach football on the field but off the field too. And how you can impact on the world. He will make you better as a player, in every way possible! He is a great guy and knows the game really well!

Coach Clint is an amazing coach, he is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and kind. He is incredibly informative and genuinely cares about my sons progress! It’s exciting and refreshing to see a coach engage and encourage like Clint does. I would highly recommend Coach Clint!

Coach Clint is the real thing! Although I only had one session, I learned so many things I was able to apply to my position. I am definately going to continue training with Coach Clint. If you want to go to the next level, get with Coach Clint.

Coach Clint was terrific with my son Jordan during the session. Great patience, instruction and encouragement. Jordan really enjoyed the session and as soon as we got in the car asked when we could do it again. We have already bought a package and can't wait for the next session.

Coach Clint was great with Zachary and Jacob. He made the training fun and exciting for both of them. They both could not stop saying how much fun and how much they learned with Coach Clint. I would highly recommend him and will be signing up for more training sessions.

Coach Cliff was great. Just from watching my son's highlight film, he knew exactly where improvements could be made. All of the drills were right on point toward getting my son into better habits in staying low, being disciplined in extending his arms to catch and making his cuts more efficient. I'm definitely going to keep coach Cliff in my stable of resources in helping my son achieve higher levels of performance and succeeding on coach and off the football field. My son had a great first practice and we look forward to many more to come. I highly recommend Coach Cliff to any athlete who wants to reach the next level.

Coach Clint was awesome. Showed me some great workouts that I had never tried before and continued to push me. He not only showed me great workouts but how they related to my position as a football player. He is super easy to talk to and a great coach to work with.

Coach Clint was great. He did not waste a single moment. He was just the right mix of challenging and supportive with my son. Clearly he knows his game.

Clint was wonderful with my son. He immediately engaged and had some great drills my son has never done before. My son can't wait for his next session! If you are looking for a coach who will challenge you and teach you some great techniques, you found him. Thank you again!

Coach Clint is amazing - highly recommend! I looked through many profiles before choosing a coach, and we made the right choice. Learning from someone who has played the game was important to us, and he has A LOT of personal experience. Coach Clint is a true professional - he is prepared and puts thought into the trainings. In addition, he is extremely nice, polite, VERY knowledgable, and fun to work. Keeping it fun and interesting is important. Coach Clint has a sincere and calming quality to him that works well with my kids. He is motivating and truly impressive. My kids are so happy with him and can't wait for more sessions. We booked several and they are asking me to get more. You can tell he cares about his clients and pays attention to each clients needs - he will taper trainings to benefit each client so they can reach their max potential. He is truly genuine with a kind heart and a stellar trainer. We are grateful to have found Coach Clint!

Coach Clint was fantastic to work with. Looking forward to many more sessions. Has a great positive attitude that is infectious and helps while pushing hard through the workout.

My son is preparing to enter his high school football program and wanted some additional guidance in his training. Coach Clint instantly connected with Luke to provide mentoring role for him. Luke has worked with lots of coaches and trainers over the year and all of them have their strengths. I felt Clint brought a well rounded focus on; guidance, drills, detailed corrections, and training. I would highly recommend Clint as you consider your coach/trainer options.

Awesome guy! Couldn't have ask for a better session, he knows how to work and when to do it. Very contagious personality and know how to push you... he will definitely get you to wherever it is that you want to be! Thanks Coach Clint!

We arrived at the training facility and we were greeted warmly. Coach Floyd let John start warming up early. It was obvious that he was paying attention and he started to work on John's weakest areas. I have seen other coaches focus on the strongest areas which does not seem to help anything but someone's ego. Keeping it simple and ensuring the best technique was great for John. I would highly recommend Coach Floyd to anyone who really wants help in making the changes you want to see. His positive attitude and smile take away any nerves you feel about this important life change. When a teenager gets in the car after a strenuous work out and says when do I get to go again then you know this made an impact. Thank You Coach Floyd.

Coach Clint is an Outstanding Individual. Very friendly, awesome communication and we were comfortable with him from the start. He took the time to ask questions about our son Michael who he will be training. That itself said alot, it wasn't about just booking a session. He also has flexible time and dates for training which works well with our hectic schedule. Our son Michael loved his first session and is looking forward to future sessions with Coach Clint. We would definitely recommend Coach Clint to anyone.

Coach Clint was amazing. I learned so many things that I didn't know and he really pushed me. Not many coaches are doing that. It was the greatest practice session I've ever had. I can just highly recommend him as a coach.

Greatness doesn't not have a sale. There are no shortcuts.
