I would start with some light foot work. Work on getting your feet where they need to be.
Then I would work on hand eye coordination. When I say that. Through the ball at different points making them go get it. Either up or down.
Then we will do hands drills. Again it will depend on what group I’m working with that day. If receivers. I’m working on hands, and tucking. Making sure they catch before the run. 9 times out of 10 the run before they catch, and they normally would miss the ball.
Offensive Line man drills. We would work on hole placement. Because some linemen have know idea where the 2, 4, 6, holes are. So I would get down to the basics again.
Line backers. Learn How to read the Quarter back, or running Backs. Teach them to read the eyes to know where the pass is going.

I will plan for different sessions a day so we can get in the training that each kid needs. An hour session with 5 minutes breaks, will help the kids, and give them a chance to sock a little up at a time.
We will meet for 2 weeks if they desire to go longer we can.

Client Reviews

Had a great experience. we are going keep it going In one session my son learned alot he' enjoyed learning from coach Lewis. I like how he gets down to eye level to explain what he needs to do overall it's a great expiernece. My son is using the techniques he taught him. First of many session we are definitely going keep him going with coach lewis

Zayben is a second (2nd ) grader, and he has talent, and speed to boot. Polish him up, and coach him up he will be a heck of a athlete.
Norma Silva (mom). Thanked Me for helping her sons to develop sportsmanship, and respect. Dad is not around, and the male figure helped her out.
Cory Stanberry (dad). His son attended a summer camp I held this summer. He said he wish there were more programs like this to help the kids.
David Ballard (dad) His son hits harder, runs harder, and plays with more passion.
