I have 8 months of internship experience in sport science and strength and conditioning with the Ontario Reign (AHL), where I assisted in training athletes in the weight room, conducted data analysis for performance monitoring, and ran on-ice injury rehabilitation sessions. I also had the opportunity to work with the LA Kings (NHL), contributing to athlete development at the highest levels of the sport. I hold a Master’s degree in Biokinesiology with a Sport Science emphasis from the University of Southern California, and both Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS) titles from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
