With 5+ years of coaching experience and internships with both the Ontario Reign (AHL) and LA Kings (NHL), I bridge day-to-day training with pro-level sport science.

I hold an MSc in Biokinesiology (Sport Science, USC) and dual NSCA credentials (CSCS, CPSS), so every program I build is evidence-based and performance-driven.
