As a highly qualified Certified Conditioning Coach (CCC) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (ISSA), I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve their peak performance. My expertise is further enhanced by my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, ensuring a holistic approach to training and nutrition.

Currently serving as the Strength & Conditioning coach for the Chicago Union, I have a proven track record of developing effective training programs for athletes at all levels. My specialized experience working with athletes over 40 allows me to tailor programs that address the unique needs of mature competitors, optimizing performance while minimizing injury risk.

As a competitive powerlifter myself, I understand the demands of high-level strength training and can relate firsthand to the challenges faced by athletes. This personal experience, combined with my professional qualifications, enables me to design and implement cutting-edge training protocols that deliver results.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to maintain peak performance, a mature competitor aiming to stay at the top of your game, or a weekend warrior to stay in the game for decades, my diverse skill set and passion for strength and conditioning will help you reach your goals efficiently and safely.

I currently compete in the US Powerlifting Association in the 242 and 220 weight classes, achieving Class II status. I previously also lifted in the United States Strengthlifting Federation.

Before our first session, athletes will complete a comprehensive online assessment. This covers topics ranging from injuries to personal values and attitudes toward training.

At our kickoff session, I'll focus primarily on testing functional movement patterns. These include the squat, overhead press, deadlift, and specific mobility and coordinating drills. Using special software, I'll highlight weak areas and technical issues limiting performance.

This process continues for the second session, after which we'll have the basis for your personalized plan. I'll organize a 12-month progression broken down into 4-week training cycles. Each workout will be intentional and strategic, ensuring that you remove limitations and build competitive advantages.
