More About Coach Christopher
I am grateful to have played and coached basketball at many levels. Currently I am the Athletic Director of Freire Charter High School in Philadelphia. Prior to this, I was a Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and AAU Coach based out of Baltimore. I have also been a D3 Men's Basketball Assistant Coach, and have coached and mentored boys and girls of all ages through various leagues, camps, clinics & teams. Some schools and programs I have worked at include Rosemont College, Friends School of Baltimore and ProSkillsBasketball. I love teaching and coaching at all ages.
As a student-athlete at Dickinson College, I contributed to a very successful program as a player for four years. Playing for a high-level NCAA program gave me a vast amount of in game and practice experience, as well as exposure to coaching related tools such as breaking down film and player development. Looking backwards, in High School I was a 3-year starter, captain and all-conference player for The Episcopal Academy.
Sessions are tailored to the specific needs and requests of the family and student athlete. All workouts will have a focus on ball handling, form shooting and Basketball footwork and movements. Going "Game speed" for each drill is always the goal!
