My biggest accomplishment in athletics was being named to the University of Memphis Tigers Football All Decade Team (2010-2020) at Guard/Center. I played center and guard for the University of Memphis from 2010-2014. It was an honor to play alongside and against some of the best athletes in the country and I hope to give that back to the youth that I work with now.

My sessions will be designed around developing the building blocks of offensive line play. This begins with the fundamentals of stance, posture, footwork and coordination, just to name a few. Our sessions will begin with a 10 minute warmup, followed by a 45 minute drillwork session that will target a specific area of offensive line play that falls into one of 2 main categories, run blocking or pass protection. This 45 minute session will be followed by a 5 minute debriefing which explains to the athlete where that days lesson falls into the big picture of their game as an offensive lineman.
