I have dedicated the past eight plus years to a full-time career in Performance Training, initially in Florida and then for two years in Texas. I relocated to Las Vegas in 2022 to further advance my career. During my tenure at Amp Gym in Florida, I served as the Head Trainer for approximately five years where I trained all of the athletes and high performance individuals such as military, firefighters, police. Presently, I hold the position of Head Performance Trainer at Phase 1 Elite where we exclusively train athletes from Youth - Pro in all sports. All while also running my own private training business exclusively with athletes for field work in now 3 different states: Speed & Agility, Footwork,
Change of Direction, Explosive Power, Position Specific Movements, Flexibility, Mobility and more!

My expertise encompasses a wide range of clients, spanning various ages and skill levels. From flag football participants, youth/high school, College(D1, D2, NAIA, JUCO) and Professional football players(NFL, CFL). I have also contributed to private football tryouts for the XFL in Las Vegas, overseen an off-season strength and conditioning program for a local high school in Florida, provided coaching in Speed and Agility for a Semi-Pro Football team in Florida, and coached youth flag football for a year.

My specialization lies in training wide receivers, although my background demonstrates successful training across all athlete positions, irrespective of their role on the field. I look forward to continuing my journey in Las Vegas and contributing to the world of sports and fitness. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require any guidance or support in this field.

I have competed in many sports throughout my life while I was growing up in Florida. From Highly Competitive Youth Travel Leagues all the way to Semi-Professional Football in the FFA as a Receiver and Kick Returner.

I come with a athletic background of playing: Football, Basketball, Soccer, Wrestling, Track, Rugby and competing in Weightlifting Competitions. I was a captain and/or leading scorer in all levels of sports I participated in!

Day 1 will always consist of an Assessment, to see what your starting point is as an athlete, as well as finding any muscle imbalances you may have. That might be affecting your performance or increasing the chances of you getting hurt on the field. Then depending on your goals we will take some basic tests: Broad jump, 40 yard dash, 5-10-5 etc. So we have a baseline of your starting point.

From there I would design a plan around your weaknesses, goals and position played to optimally take your performance to the next level, while decreasing your chances of getting hurt on the field. Every session builds on the prior, constantly and safely progressing you to be a better athlete. A typical session for a WR would look like: Warm Up, Dynamic Stretch, Footwork Drills, Speed and Agility, Catching Drills, Routes/Releases and then a Cool Down Stretch to finish.

Client Reviews

Coach Chris was awesome. It was my sons first one on one training at the age of 10, my son loved it. Very informative, skilled and patient. If your looking for someone who has crafted their art and can get you to reach your goal, CHRIS is the guy. We will continue training with him.

Coach Chris is doing a great job with our 11 year old daughter. I'm impressed at his ability to teach the drills and concepts while scaling them appropriately for her level. He also does a great job of encouraging her and answering her questions but still challenging her and building off skills learned week to week. As a parent, I also really appreciate his communication, timeliness, and organization.

Chris is awesome. Not only does he demonstrate the drills, he explains the importance of them. My son has already learned a lot from one session and he’s excited to continue with Chris!!

Chris thanks for the great work that you do with Gabe! He really looks forward to every session and is getting so much from your training.

Chris is a great coach to work with younger kids. He gets them to work hard with positive encouragement. The kids enjoy the entire training session and say it goes by too quickly.

Coach Chris was great after our 1st session. Will use him in the future when the football season ends. He was easy to talk with very friendly. My son will get alot from him in the off season.

My athlete was worried that Coach Chris would be like his coaches at school. Not positive!
He was very pleased at how Coach Chris paid him compliments and said that it made him feel very good about himself. At first he was nervous about meeting him but in just a few minutes he was very comfortable working with him. He is looking forward to his next session. He said he was very excited.

My nephew loved the training he received. Thank you.

As a boxing coach, football coach, basketball coach, and a teacher for over 20 years I know a talented person when I see one. Chris (Coach Chris) Reuther is overly talented in many different avenues. Coach is honest, firm, motivational, and inspiring, and highly intelligent in the world of training and athletics. I cannot recommend Chris’s services highly enough. What I appreciated most, was the perfect coach to player bond he formed with all athletes. Chris explained the physiological, health, and psychological reasons behind the scheduled training or practice beforehand and quickly on a level that was comprehendible. I appreciated his thorough knowledge, empathy, and attention that went into his planning and coaching. Coach is tough and exacting without being unfair, mean, or negative. Chris always had a set and rigid schedule, but at the same time somehow always made time for an athlete that was going through something negative outside of training, and the proper praise after a session was over. I am so grateful to Chris for all of his prevenance, dedication, focus, and effort to my program, our athletes, and the mark he left on the youth of Saint Augustine athletics.
Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled trainer/coach. He has tremendously improved my athleticism and performance on the field.
Chris is an amazing trainer and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a trainer. He has plenty of experience, and he cares about where you’re at and how you can become better. As a semi pro football player, Chris has helped me with my speed, agility, and also how to actually run drills and run them right. He cares about the form and how to correctly run them. Chris also really cares about stretching and warming up because if you don’t warm up you cause possibly injure yourself. He really tries to make sure you take care of your body. Chris is an excellent trainer, and he’s not just a great trainer he is a great person as well.
I cannot say enough about our son’s time training with Chris. In just a short time he helped him gain confidence to make the moves necessary to achieve individual goals in both track and as a WR in football. Our son grew not only physically but mentally and continues to carry the values, fundamentals thought by Chris on and off the field. While we were devastated that he left Florida we wish him the best and would highly recommend him to any upcoming and future athletes.
