As a former Division 1 and NFL Player I have enjoyed the process of sport. Coaching athletes of all levels, sports and skill types. I have a focused for over 10 years of athletic training. Focusing on running mechanics, fundamentals, and techniques. Coaching at JV and Varsity levels provide me with a wealth of knowledge for any age groups. Ive learned a great deal of information from coaches at the high school, collegiate and pro level. Ive worked Maryland and Minneapolis. My primary focus is 7 through 12th grades.

One hour session
Each one hour session keeps athletes engaged and learning. Session are customized after pretesting. Athletes can expect coordination drills, plyometrics, form, running mechanics and technique.
