Im a certified personal trainer and strength ans conditioning trainer . I have trained youth and teens for over 3 years. I have worked at local gyms training kids in basketball and teens with strength and conditioning. I work with ages 10-18.

Played Varsity basketball for 4 years at woodlawn high school. Played in some of the most famous tournaments in nyc. Have been training friends for over 3 years with basketball and strength and conditioning.

Clients will finish my sessions with improved speed and explosiveness , along with many strength Gains through out the core legs and arms. Cones, ladder work, weight vest and more.
