Chris Givens

I don’t have much experience coaching but have competed at the highest level. I’m in the process of getting my certification in personal training as well as my Masters in Sports Psychology to add to the mental aspect of football that I’ve accumulated through experience. The goal is to develop a fearless well-rounded athlete. The athlete will go into the season understanding of taking care of what’s important now (WIN)!

I was a D 1 athlete, attending Wake Forest University. I am also still active in the NFL. I have four years of experience and still pursuing my goals.

We will work on speed, acceleration, route running and cardio; with the expectation of getting better every session. Learning the ins and outs of what it means to be a playmaker.
