More About Coach Chris
*Please read this section in its entirety before booking a session. If you have additional questions about our services, I’ll be happy to connect after booking a Discovery Session at our lowest session rate.*
I have coached student-athletes at the varsity, subvarsity, and youth football levels for the last five years and served as a classroom teacher at public middle and high school levels for six years. I've coached and consulted with Massachusetts high school football players and their families to successfully secure recruitment offers and admissions to the Top 100 colleges and universities in the United States (ranked by lifetime degree value).
Most recently, I served as the Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Defensive Analyst at Boston College High School. This MIAA Division 1, college-preparatory private school competes in Massachusetts' Catholic Conference.
I specialize in long-term development for high school (8th to 12th Grade) student-athletes who desire to realize their highest level of performance and join the 5% of high school seniors in Massachusetts who are recruited to play college football at academically selective colleges and universities (both athletic-aid-granting institutions and non-athletic-aid-granting institutions).
If you are the parent of a student-athlete who has these goals in mind, keep in mind that your student-athlete will face greater challenges on their prospective college-athlete journey than maximizing their raw athletic talent and training. Their main challenges will be to consistently improve their academic performance, capacity to juggle multiple priorities with you as their parent/guardian, and mindset.
I also offer offseason training and conditioning for all football positions for high school players (Grades 8-12), as well as the high school and college selection process for student-athletes (Grades 6-12).
While I offer multiple training services as a coach, my most meaningful specialty to your student-athlete and family will be planning and organizing their college-bound journey with you as a partner.
SERVICES INCLUDE:
- College Athletics Compass (College Football Recruitment Navigation)
- Off-Season (Winter-Summer) Strength & Conditioning
- Off-Season (Winter-Summer) Position-Specific Speed, Explosiveness & Agility Training
COLLEGE NAVIGATION
College navigation begins as early as 8th grade. This is the experience and support that student-athletes and their parent/guardians can primarily expect to receive from me as a college navigation advisor:
- Custom academic planning guides to support their development as students during the school year
- If the student-athlete is a current high school student (Grades 9-12), parents also have the option of working with me to help their family navigate the college planning, recruitment, and selection process.
- If the student-athlete is a current middle school student (Grades 6-8), parents also have the option of working with me to help them navigate the high school application and financial aid process for regional private schools
OFFSEASON TRAINING
In our football program, we say there is no such thing as an offseason. The experience and support student-athletes will receive from me focuses on improving position-specific strength, flexibility, speed, explosiveness, conditioning, and agility in the winter, spring, and summer seasons.
Training student-athletes and their parent/guardians can expect to receive from me as a coach:
- Customized workout plans, guidance, and supervision in completing offseason workouts with fidelity and safety
- Custom recovery, rest, and nutrition planning to support injury prevention and age-appropriate growth goals

*For all first sessions: A baseline assessment of your student-athlete's current physical and academic characteristics, goals, and interests is the first step in all aspects of our training program.*

Mr. Copeland, Parent (Testimonial)
Working with Coach Chris Conroy has been an exceptional experience. He brings a rare combination of training knowledge, genuine care, and long-term vision for student-athletes. Chris not only understands how to connect his athletes with the best trainers for building muscle, speed, and overall performance, but he also focuses on developing character and confidence along the way. One of the most impressive things about Coach Conroy is his commitment to the whole student. He takes the time to help families identify academic programs and schools that are the best fit for a young person who values education, personal growth, and athletics. His guidance goes beyond the field—he considers academic strengths, personality, and future goals to help chart a path that truly supports the student’s success. His feedback is honest, supportive, and rooted in helping athletes become their strongest selves physically, mentally, and socially. Whether it’s improving strength, speed, discipline, or decision-making, Coach Conroy brings out the best in the kids he works with. If you are looking for someone who understands athlete development, academic alignment, and high-character guidance, Coach Chris Conroy is the coach you want in your corner.
