More About Coach Chloe
As a DI Collegiate Track & Field / Cross Country Head Coach, I've been working with distance & middle-distance runners for the past 8 years. I've also trained athletes to run road races including marathons & half-marathons.
I am USTFCCCA Level II Certified in Endurance & Sprint Events and Strength & Conditioning, and posses a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Mental Performance Mastery Certification. I have experience creating individualized training plans, navigating the ups & downs of a season, and building confidence and mental toughness.
DI Track & Field / Cross Country student-athlete - competed for University of Washington and Loyola Marymount University. Scoring member of the fastest women's Cross Country team in LMU history, which placed 9th at the NCAA Regional in 2014 and 3rd in the West Coast Conference. Ranked #6 in LMU All-Time in the 800m & #10 LMU All-Time in the 1500m.
California High School State Champion in the 1600m (2010), 6x CIF Champion (1600, 800).
CA State record in the 800m / 3200m double.
Our first session will consist of exploring your motivations, recent performances, athletic history, and future goals. From there we will work together to determine a training plan that fits your goals, timeline and lifestyle. Sessions can be structured around a competitive season, off-season, or preparing for a particular competition or event.
In addition to physical training, sessions may be focused on defining your vision & purpose, goal setting, self-talk strategies, visualization & mental imagery.
