Client Reviews

Absolutely a great coach, highly recommend!

Coach Chelsea was responsive, on time, and we’ll prepared. She talked easily with my son and was able to communicate what she wanted him to do well, resulting in noticed improvement on his form after just one meeting. She coached him in a positive way, that made him enjoy their 90 minute session despite it being very cold and windy! Thanks Chelsea!

Being introduced to Coach G was one of the most important things that happened to me not only as an athlete but as a person. Once you get to a certain level it isn’t about your coaching ability anymore, it’s about how well you can motivate your athletes and get the most out them, and Coach G is one of the best at that. She does that by really caring for and connecting with her athletes, she isn’t some drill sergeant(she will put you in check if needed though, don’t get it twisted) she is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and will always be there to listen to you and try her best to help you on or off the track. One moment that will always stick with me was we were in Iowa at the AAU National Championships, my first year running track, by far the biggest event I ever competed in for anything at the time. And I folded. Bad. I was so down on myself, didn’t talk to anyone and wanted to quit and not go to college for track because I didn’t think I had the ability. That night, a few coaches and I decided to walk to the restaurant instead of taking the team bus with everyone else. That whole 20 minute walk Coach G gave me the best pep talk I have ever had, filled with so many life lessons that apply not only to sports but the real world. And if you were my teammate in college, a lot of the stuff I tried to motivate you guys with, came directly from her mouth on that walk that night. Not only that, she STILL checks up on me regularly and it has been almost 2 years. So, If you want to get better at your sport AND become a better person AND have someone on your side for a lifetime, look no further. With that being said, Coach G, I will always appreciate you and have love for you.
I am a Booker High graduate and I have been running track for two years. Thanks to the help of Coach G, I will be going to college for not only a track scholarship but academic as well at Bethany College in West Virginia. Due to all of the hard work that Coach G has put in on my behalf and with training I was able to get great offers from multiple schools. She really has helped me and my mom with this rigorous process. I can’t thank her enough.
Being a new track athlete with only 2 seasons of experience, it was hard for me to understand the process and the technicalities of the sport and how to further develop it into a college career; but after just one summer with Coach G, I was able to significantly increase my personal records, build life long quality’s both business and athletically, and sign onto a respective Division 1 program. Coach G is a highly certified coach and recruiting consultant because she both competed and coached at the collegiate level, and understands the process from both sides. What makes her unique is her ability to train athletes, work with them 1 on 1, and from there create personalized profiles to match athlete to school. There had never been a dull moment working with Coach G and I can honestly say the training and recruitment aid I have received from her is unmatched.
Chelsea, whom I’ve grown to call Auntie has helped me so much through my journey of not only becoming a D1 athlete but in my life. Just from her spirit alone I’ve benefited. From the young loud mouth 15 year old boy she met me as to the still young and way less louder mouthed 19 year old young man I am now, I just want to thank her for being a role model to me!
