I have coached track and field at the high school and youth for over 10 years. In that time I have coached athletes who have competed and placed at the state, regional, and national levels in jumps/sprints/relays. I hold certification as a USA Track and Field Youth Coach as well as a NASM-Certrified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialists (National Academy of Sports and Medicine)
