More About Coach Charles
I’ve coached 4 seasons on the middle school level , with 3 of those seasons as head coach. Won 1 Championship as a head coach. I specialize in defensive backs, quarterbacks and wide receivers.
Nike and Rivals All-American cornerback/quarterback. Full scholarship athletically @ Rutgers University in 2003. Played 4 seasons. Record holder for longest punt return in NJ history once upon a time with a 98 yard return. ( coach wanted me to let it go ) no way, I trained for that moment.
First I’d check for the clients strengths and weaknesses. Then focus on strengths first to build confidence. As far as I’m concerned I’m training the client to be a professional someday.
Strength and conditioning will be stressed.
We’d start a session with stretching , warmups etc. There will be countless drills for skill players.
I want a happy client in the end.
