I have a diverse coaching background, having worked at Cumberland University and Milligan University at the collegiate level. I've also coached high school athletes and served as a speed and agility coach for various Sports. My experience spans various age groups, showcasing my versatility and commitment to athlete development.
I am a professional track and field athlete with a stellar career. I competed at Western Kentucky and Cumberland University, earning an induction into my college's Sports Hall of Fame. My achievements include making the Olympic squad, competing at the World Championships, and winning an individual national title, among many other accolades.

1. Warm-Up:
- Jogging a couple of laps or striding and walking around the track or field.
- Dynamic stretches and basic running drills like A-skips and quick leg drills.
2. Main Workout:
- Speed Workout: For sprinters, for example, 10x20m from blocks focusing on low heel recovery.
- Threshold Workout: For distance runners, focusing on maintaining a steady pace over a longer distance.
- Sport-Specific Drills: For baseball players, sprinting over mini hurdles to improve knee lift during sprints.
3. Cool Down:
- Light jogging or walking.
- Static stretches to aid recovery and flexibility.
Each session is customized to maximize the athlete's performance and development.
