Varsity football offensive/defensive lineman, linebacker, and conditioning coach for two seasons,at Highlands Christian Academy, and one year at Zion Lutheran. Certified personal trainer for two years. Worked two years training people in local gym, now currently own a gym called Monsterhouse Gym. Has trained all age groups,from clients as young as 14 training for sports, to clients in their early 80's rehabilitating injuries. Training anyone who has a goal in mind, and wants to achieve in the best ways possible, efficiently, and properly.

I played football foremost in high school, and also basketball. I was awarded with the most improved after one season of high school, then elected to be team captain through hard work ethic inside the weight room, which ultimately turned into performance on the field. I was asked personally by the coaching staff to join them after my senior year to condition, train, and coach for the next season as a offensive and defensive lineman coach.

A client will always get a great workout from a session with me because I focus on improvements and progress that is measurable not only in numbers, but also physiologically. I focus on training movement patterns, to develop powerful athletic performance. Bruce Lee once said, "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." that's coming from one of the most explosive and athletic people in our time. I first warm up the whole body, so that the client can function optimally while also preventing injuries. I will then train a movement pattern that applies to athletic movements such as: jumping, running,bending, pulling, pressing, twisting, or swinging. I will log and measure these for improvements in strength and fluidity. I will then deconstruct the movement and work on improving the building blocks in the body that make an athlete versatile and strong. After this I train speed and work on conditioning. Core work will be at the end of every session, a strong core is the key to a healthy career and strong movements. If my clients have nagging injuries I will put them through stretches and cool them down properly. For each different goal. I will not only teach an athlete why they are doing a movement, drill, or exercise, I will also teach them to work hard and earn what they know they can do. You can only do what you train your mind to do.
