More About Coach Charles
Hello, I am an offensive line coach/ strength and conditioning coach. I have coached the youth level, I was just recently an offensive line coach at the varsity level and I have been an assistant TE coach at Florida A&M University. I am also a certified personal trainer. I work with all age groups as long as they are ready for real coaching.
I have played offensive line my whole life from center, tackle and tight end. I played tight end at Baldwin Wallace university for a year then I transferred to Florida A&M to finish my collegiate career.
What you can expect from me is elite offensive line skills training and conditioning work. The drills and workouts will be structured around everything and offensive lineman would need to be successful at any level. I pride myself on seeing tangible results weather that be in skill development or strength and conditioning training. I look for results and working with me you will be the results you are looking for.
