I have been coaching and training athletes since 2002. I was a graduate assistant at Marshall University in 2003 were I helped coach the running backs and done film study. From 2003 to 2007 I was the head junior varsity coach at George Washington High School. Since then I have worked with kids in the surrounding areas on a personal basis, focusing on conditioning and technique to help improve there overall game.

During my time at George Washington High school I was a four year varsity starter. Three time all district Player, two time offensive player of the year in the district. Two time 1st team all region and two time 1st team all state. During college I competed at Marshall University on full athletic scholarship.

During a training session all of my technique and drills are game related things that they will do during a actual game. Instead of separating conditioning and technique work, I do it all together to simulate real game situations.
