More About Coach Chanceller
I’ve trained defensive backs and linebackers for 2 years now. My emphasis is on getting in and out of breaks explosively , maintains quick footwork while playing football and man to man coverage.
I played 4 years at Boise State and started 2 years.
I played 2 years in the NFL as a safety and Linebacker.
I also played one year in the AAF with the Salt Lake Stallions
What you can expect from my work outs is a lot of footwork and cone drills.
Injury preventive work practicing pad level and balance while playing football
There will also be speed work and ball drills.
