Chad R.

Chad Rusinkovich has numerous years of experience coaching athletes of ages ranging from elementary age to professional athletes within multiple sports. Chad has several years of experience as a high school football coach at a premier athletic program in Southern California, as well as several years training athletes through his performance training company. After completion of his collegiate football, career, Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Northwestern St. Paul, as well as multiple certifications from the American Council on Exercise.

Chad grew up playing every sport possible and excelled as a tri-sport athlete at San Clemente High School, earning 10 Varsity letters throughout his high school athletic career. He went on to play college football at the University of San Diego, and ultimately completing his collegiate football career with a final All-American season at the University of Northwestern St. Paul. After graduation, Chad was signed by the Utah Blaze of the Arena Football League in 2012. Chad went on to play for the Kragujevac Wild Boars in the Central European Football League in 2013, setting a CEFL record with 4 receiving touchdowns in one half of play during his first contest in Europe. After completing his professional career, Chad created his own performance training company based in San Clemente, California.

A typical session with Chad is based foundationally on the needs of each client. After discussion and evaluation, a progressive program is created for each client, focusing on the needs of the athlete, elevating the athlete's overall athleticism and sport-based movement skills. Chad offers sessions at a local field turf facility, as well as in his own fully-equipped strength facility in San Clemente, California.
