More About Coach Carl

I am the Program Director for the Parisi Speed School in Melbourne, FL. My mission is to develop and utilize my skills, knowledge and energy to educate and empower children, adults, and athletes of all ages and abilities. I joined Parisi Speed School XPC in 2011 as the Program Director and Director of Team Training. I graduated with a B.A. in Sport Management from Flagler College in 2008. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Parisi Speed School Performance Coach, hold a certification in personal training with the NCSF and am also certified in CPR/First Aid/AED for adults and pediatric. In addition I am a published author for sites such as stack.com, and livestrong.com and also work as an adjunct instructor for Eastern Florida State College, working on training and fitness with the Public Safety Institute.

First player from West Shore High School to play college basketball. Played 2 years at Flagler College. Graduated early and have since coached at collegiate and high school level.

A workout with me is all about energy, attention to detail and fun. We always begin with an active dynamic warm up then work on whatever skill set or movement pattern we are addressing that day. After evaluating an athlete I always create a custom plan based on movement patterns or skills, i.e. sprinting, jumping, squatting, deadlifting etc. Based on their goals, strengths and weaknesses I create a plan to attack those areas of movement and get results through high energy and detail oriented training.
