I have 30 years of coaching experience with all levels from beginner to advanced age group swimmers and masters as well as over 10 years of high school, college and private coaching.
I grew up swimming in Sweden and was part of relays that qualified youth nationals and I also competed in finswimming were I won over 20 youth national titles along with international medals..
Each season starts out with a stroke evaluation and a plan is set up were we start our with major biomechanics focus and we move towards more specific stroke mechanics as we are progressing through the season.
