Former NFL and CFL running back with six seasons of professional experience, specializing in training youth and high school athletes. I focus on position-specific skill development, agility, footwork, and football fundamentals for running backs and skill positions. I hold a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and apply a safe, structured approach to athletic development. My coaching emphasizes proper technique, confidence, and preparation for competition, helping athletes build a strong foundation and continue progressing at the next level.

Former Arizona State University running back who tied the school’s single-season rushing touchdown record with 18 scores and ranks among ASU’s career leaders in rushing touchdowns. He went on to play six professional seasons in the NFL and CFL, competing with the Miami Dolphins, Seattle Seahawks, Jacksonville Jaguars, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Each session is structured and focused on helping athletes improve their movement, technique, and confidence. We start by identifying areas that need attention, then work through drills that develop agility, footwork, and overall athletic ability. Sessions are designed to build on what the athlete has already learned, reinforcing good habits while introducing new skills at a steady pace. Athletes can expect clear instruction, purposeful repetition, and steady progression as we continue to layer skills and improve performance from session to session.
