More About Coach Cameron
I have been coaching athletes in CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, and Strongman for over 12 years. I ran, coached, and programmed for Inner Beast CrossFit/Strength and Conditioning before inevitably shutting down during COVID. I was also the head personal trainer at Nautilus Plus OC. I typically work with ages ranging from 12-75+. I hold certifications in USAW Sports and Performance, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Weightlifting/Mobility/Strongman, as well as a certification in Clinical Athlete Weightlifting.
I took second place in the open LW class in Strongman on a few occasions, 17th at Strongman Nationals, 13 in the World for the 176 weight class for Static Monsters (log clean and press/deadlift worldwide competition), and 13th place for amateur Portland Highland Games.
A typical session from me is catered to each individual’s goals and level of fitness. Regardless of fitness levels, each session will include the following:
- Mobility Based Warmup to loosen up, get the muscles primed for the movements performed that day, and address any limitations.
-Basic Form/Technique/Skill Work
-Agility/Balance Work
-Strength Work (Push/Pull/Hinge/etc)
-Hypertrophy/Accessory
-Plenty of Core Work
-The occasional cardio depending on goals
