More About Coach Caitlin
I have been a personal trainer for 7+ years in various settings. I have trained kids as young as 8 (soccer conditioning) to adults as old as 70. Everyone has a different background with experience and that's why I love personal training--every day is a new challenge! I am a certified personal trainer with American College of Sports Medicine. I also have the NESTA Fitness Nutrition Coach certification, am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and have experience in pre/post-natal training. I specialize in women's fitness and health.
I was a 4 year starter at Bridgewater College on their intercollegiate soccer team. I was MVP, captain, and an all-conference player for 2 years (2006-2008). After graduation, I almost pursued a semi-pro career but attended graduate school instead. From there I competed in CrossFit, and have been dedicated to CrossFit and weightlifting training.
I base my sessions off a clients individual fitness assessment. We will discuss goals and their current fitness level. I will always start the session with a warm-up that is focused on what we will be doing in the training session. From there we hit the main part of the workout which can consist of various things: weights, bodyweight movements, explosiveness, conditioning, core, etc. I utilize various workout equipment in our sessions so the workouts are constantly varied. We cool down at the end with a flexibility session that consists of basic stretches as well as yoga poses.

She is outstanding and I enjoy working with her. She motivates you to work hard, while understanding what fitness level you are currently working under and adjusts the workouts accordingly (for example my workouts have become increasing more advanced since I have been working out over the last two months). She is respectful, considerate and very knowledgeable. She is always willing to go the extra mile, and is very accommodating (I have had to switch my times quite a bit given my schedule, and she always works with me). I also appreciate how she will research an issue you might have outside of her PT responsibilities, and follows up with you once she has more information (for example, she thoroughly researched my XTreme Fat Loss program; supination; protein supplements, etc.). Caitlin has been my rock during the process of getting back on my exercise path; I could NOT have done it without her.
