More About Coach Caitlin

I have trained athletes from the de-conditioned person to the elite level athletes. I have coached personal training clients to big group training classes. I currently work as the National Director of Fitness for Tough Mudder Bootcamp and formerly the National Program Design Manager for Orangetheory Fitness. I have personally coached over 3000 Orangetheory Fitness Classes as well as worked 1 on 1 with countless clients. I have a Master's of Science in Health Science as well as Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA.

All State HS Cross Country and Softball. I competed in college for Tri-Gators for the University of Florida. I have ran several Marathons the last one in 2020.

Sessions are typically organized based on predetermined objectives. The objectives will determine the specific drills and/or techniques. All sessions will have a brief warm up period and a core session period followed by a cool down. The times can vary depending on the volume and velocity of the training and overall objectives and client observations.
