More About Coach Bryan
I've coached Track & Field for 12 years, and Strength & Conditioning for 9 years. I've spent 9 years coaching at the D2 level and 4 years coaching at the D1 level. I've coached Strength & Conditioning for collegiate and high school athletes across Rugby, Basketball, Track, Volleyball, Baseball, and Football. I have my CSCS and my Level 2 Sprints/Hurdles/Relays Specialist Cert from USTFCCCA.
Division 2 collegiate athlete, 5-time Conference Champion (4x100m Relay, 60m Dash x2, Long Jump, & Triple Jump) and All-American Competitor.
Session always start with session goals to lock in to what we're trying to accomplish that day. Training begins with a dynamic warm-up that mirrors the session's goals with specific activities (Acceleration WU vs Top Speed WU vs Jump WU), followed by specific drills, the bulk of the workout, then a cooldown meant to minimize soreness and flow into the next practice!
