More About Coach Briyanna

I have light but meaningful experience coaching youth football athletes as well as training athletes in weight lifting and general strength development. I’ve been working as a personal trainer with EOS Fitness for just under a year, where I focus on weight loss, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning for a wide range of clients.

I’ve trained individuals from ages 6 all the way up to 70+, which has helped me understand how to adapt programming to different bodies and goals. I’m certified through NASM in both personal training and nutrition, and I use those foundations to create safe, effective, and personalized training plans.

I didn’t grow up in an athletic household, and I didn’t compete at the collegiate or professional level. My athletic journey actually began much later in life, around age 28, when I committed to weight training and transforming my lifestyle. Since then, I’ve successfully lost 120 pounds and built my own athletic abilities through consistent training, discipline, and long-term habit change.

While I don’t have formal athletic awards, my personal transformation is one of my biggest accomplishments. Going through that process myself has made me a more empathetic and effective coach, because I understand the physical and mental challenges my clients face and know firsthand what sustainable progress looks like.

A client can expect a session with me to be structured, goal-driven, and tailored to their individual needs. Whether I’m working with a youth athlete or an adult focused on weight loss or strength, I start every session with a quick check-in to assess how they’re feeling physically and mentally. From there, we move into a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body—mobility work, activation drills, and light movement patterns that fit the day’s focus.

For athletes, I typically build sessions around fundamentals: proper technique, balanced strength development, and safe progression. Depending on their sport or goals, we work on strength and conditioning, functional movement patterns, speed and agility, and core stability. For clients in weight loss or rehabilitation, I emphasize controlled movement, joint health, and building confidence through achievable progressions.

Throughout the workout, I coach form closely, explain the purpose behind each drill, and adjust intensity as needed. My style is supportive but direct—I want every client to walk away feeling challenged, capable, and one step closer to their goals. We finish with cooldown work, breathing, or light mobility depending on what their body needs that day.

Overall, clients can expect a session that’s safe, personalized, and designed to help them get stronger in a way that fits their life and long-term goals.
