More About Coach Brittany
As an RRCA Level 1 Certified Running Coach with a degree in Exercise Science, I can help you meet your running goals! I specialize in helping adult runners of all levels train for long distance running. I take a holistic approach to coaching and recognize that every runner needs an individualized plan tailored to their current fitness level, lifestyle, and personal goals. I offer multiple coaching options based on your wants/needs.
I was a Division II college basketball player and transitioned to distance running after college. While I do enjoy shorter distance races, I fell in love with the marathon!
I offer several different training plans varying in duration and add-ons such as weekly check-ins, ongoing plan modification, and unlimited messaging support for any questions related to your training. Each plan will begin with an athlete survey so that I can get to know your current fitness level, past running experience, and training preferences before creating your personalized plan.
