I have been coaching football and lacrosse for 6 years now. I have been working at a private high school and it is one of the best high schools in the country.

I played football and lacrosse in high school. I played 4 years of lacrosse in college as well. I also coach football and lacrosse at a private high school. I coach jv football and lacrosse.

I have been giving workout plans to kids for a good while now. i will come up with their plan base on their needs. I also give them a eating plan as well if they want one. I have helped basketball, football, golf, lacrosse, and swimmers with their different plans.

Brian did a fantastic job of introducing my son to the foundations of the game with a focus on defense. This is my 12 year old sons first season of lacrosse and he said “he learned more in 1 hour with Brian than he thought was possible” and that he had a lot of fun. I am very satisfied with the coaching session and will book more in the future.
