"I have over 20 years of coaching experience in the Los Angeles California area and now look forward to sharing my knowledge of football in Indio California. I have coached, trained and played football most of my life. I started playing football at young age of 12 and I continued playing until I was 40! I have coached for over 10 years at the flag, high school, junior college and semi-professional levels. I personally participated in football at just about every level, high school, junior college, college, semi-professional and had several professional try-outs as well. In high school and college I was selected as a team captain and earned all-conference selections as well.

I have over 10 years of coaching experience including high school, junior college and semi-professional levels. I have specifically instructed tight ends, fullbacks, defensive linemen, linebackers while specializing with long snappers.

I really don't have a typical session due to the fact that each individual has their own specific needs! I could generalize by saying that I typically briefly go over what we're going to target for this particular session then move onto a warm up and stretching phase then we will start on our position specific work be-it weight training, field work or conditioning work. Depending on the circumstances we may cover all phases of training in one session but not likely. I like to focus on an athletes specific needs with an overall development mind set in place. I do have an above average knowledge of several positions but my true personal knowledge and expertise is with long snappers."

I don't like to talk about myself much but I was a college football player and even played some semi-professional football. I have coached football for many years at the high school, JC and even semi-professional levels. I have been a team captain every year that I've played football and I was an all-conference selection in college as well. While coaching I have watched and helped as well, several of my athletes make it to division I and a few have even have made it to the NFL. I enjoy watching an athlete reach his/her full potential!

When you train with me, a typical work-out usually consists of a short conversation about what's going on with you then it's off to warming up, followed by some stretching. After we warm-up and stretch we will get right into our training program which usually includes; strength, some mobility, agility, speed training and technique/sport specific training. I typically will gear the work-out to begin to cool down the athlete with the last 5-10 minutes, but my cool down is work!
