More About Coach Brian

Mr. Pirone has coached High School, College and Professional Athletes. I have several players currently in the NFL. I will get you mentally prepared for the road ahead with a customized assessment for your sport. I will honestly say I was NOT the best athlete, but I was one of the smartest. This is why I created a sport specific assessment tool to make OK player good, Good players Great and Great players Pros.

Our sports-focused assessment uses the MVP SystemTM created by expert psychologists to identify your motivators, values, and personality traits. The assessment results are provided in a comprehensive PDF report that is used by coaches and athletic directors to evaluate the intangible characteristics of their athletes, such as an individual's leadership ability, communication style, competitiveness level, and field vision. If you've been asked to take the assessment by your coach, or you want to take the assessment to understand yourself and get the most out of your game, simply complete the form below to purchase an Athletic Assessment. We'll send you a link to take the assessment within 24 hours. After you complete the assessment, you'll receive a 50 page MVP ReportTM and a 30 minute debriefing from myself help you understand the results.

Accomplishments:

In 1995 and 1996 our defense was the best Pace has ever seen, we were ranked nationally and recorded the most shut outs in Pace History.

Played in the National All Star Game in Los Vagas, in 1997, Sign NFL free agent contract with NY Giants in 1997 and was cut after injuring my leg. Following that, signed a contact to play in Sweden with Carlshamn Oakleaves in the Swedish National Football League. Named Head Coach and Captain, Led SNFL in Tackles with 163 and 23 sacks with 40 TFL. Earned first team All Division and First team All Sweden, Was asked to play on the national traveling team, played in 10 different counties and was named MVP on Defense in the entire league. In 12 games have 175 Tackles and 32 sacks with 57 Tackles for losses. Carlshamn did not win a game in two years before I got there and after I left we were 10-3 and lost in the semi finals of the payoffs. I also started a peewee football program and High School program on my spare time off. All three program continued and are still running today.

I focus on the mental aspect of the game as well as the physical. We will first understand your mental abilities and work on them, then get into understanding your position drills. This is the most important aspect of the game in my opinion. Like I had said we will work on the mental piece then the physical aspects what the coaches are really looking for.
