More About Coach Brianna

I started coaching at a youth/club level for 2 years before becoming a Collegiate Coach for 7.5 years. I have loved every bit of coaching at all levels and having the opportunity to mentor, develop, and teach student-athletes. I have developed a great background in coaching from my mentors, educational opportunities, experience, and as an athlete myself.

I am passionate in working with athletes of all ages and level. I left the collegiate world to focus primarily on the ability to develop athletes without all the side business of what was involved being affiliated with a college. My objective is to help you develop the technique and mechanics to improve in your specific event or sport but to also educate you in learning your craft so that you are not just doing what your told but understanding what and why you are doing it. I specialize primarily in horizontal jumps and sprints but I also have trained individuals for general fitness and weight loss. One of the key points that I focus on as it is relevant in all sports and even exercising on a regular is being mentally tough, realizing that pain and struggle is not your enemy.

Every session will be specifically designed for each individual and in reference to what we will specifically work on that day.

Every athlete's first session will have an evaluation section added to their session so that I am able to tailor their training to their needs especially when it is event specific.

-Video analysis throughout the session if necessary

Brianna is one of the best coaches I have had. She is super friendly but won't beat around the bush when you do something wrong. She really makes sure you fully understand what you need to work on and WHY you need that to improve. She doesn't just tell you to do something for no reason, and this allowed me mentally to grasp what I was doing right and wrong as I was doing it.

Coach Brianna is a well versed and experienced athlete. She has the knowledge and skill we were looking for to help guide our daughter. Coach Bri is an amazing track and field coach. Coach Bri coached me in the long jump and triple jump. She helped me learn how to do the jumps and gave me techniques to be successful. She completely remodeled my jumps to better fit my style of jumping and she also taught me the fundamentals that I was missing. When I first started doing triple jump I had a long first phase and an almost nonexistent second phase. I also had trouble with piking into the pit, which she help me improve. She helped me to get a second phase and become more comfortable doing the techniques necessary. Coach Bri helped me to gain confidence in a sport that I had little confidence in. Coach Bri is a great coach because she doesn’t coach everyone the same, instead she coaches each athlete by their talents, weaknesses, body types, etc. She goes out pf her way to make sure each athlete is prepared as best they can be. Coach Bri has coached me from not placing in track meets, to winning my conference championship and being a member of all conference in only two seasons. She not only makes sure that we are prepared to compete physically, but also mentally. Coach Bri is also great at innovating when it coming to making new workouts or not having all of the equipment to do certain workouts. She always finds a way to help us get the work in that we need. She also acts as a trainer by making sure that our bodies are ready to compete, by helping us ice, massaging our legs, and helping us stretch. Coach Bri goes above and beyond what other coaches I have experienced done to help her athletes be as successful as they can be on and off the track.
Before I joined Coach Bri program I didn’t know much about anything so she had to break my bad habits and rebuild which was not always easy, we would spend hours going over techniques and figuring out what’s the best way for me to understand what she was trying to teach me. Coach Liebold really helped me to be a better jumper, one of the many things she told me that really stuck with me was that “ It only take one jump” to win it all, that’s something I tell myself every time I jump and it helped me so much during long jump at indoor PSAC champs. I also appreciated the way she would make the workout to fit everyone specific needs and events, everything we did was for a reason and it showed in our performances, especially in the 200m at PSAC I was so surprised at my time because it felt so easy and its all because of the way she structured the workouts to make you prepared for all your events. Coach Liebold help me to believe in myself and to trust the process, she believe in me when I didn’t believe in myself and for and so grateful.
Coach Bri, as I know her, worked with the men's track and field team where I was granted and grateful for the opportunity to be coached by her. In consideration of the fact that I was one of the newest members on the team, as well as the only one who lacked prior experience in the sport, Coach took me under her wing and taught me everything the sport consisted of. Every step of the way, she displayed patience, strong leadership, love, support, and consistency. In addition to that, her guidance, loyalty, and connection with the team, coupled with her belief and faith in us, helped us see that we could be champions as long as we put in the work. I can thoroughly vouch for Coach Bri’s character and abilities, and I heartily endorse her for any position. Coach not only impacted me, but the entire team as a whole. I spent all of January into late April being trained under her system. Track being my first full time sport and first interaction with a Coach, she made me feel confident when I lacked it, relaxed when I was nervous, and her faith in me served as daily encouragement during the season. The impact Coach Bri had on me in the very short time I trained with her was phenomenal! She taught us lessons that would influence our lives outside of the track.
I am honored to have known and been coached during my first collegiate track and field experience by Coach Brianna Liebold. This women has exampled dedication, commitment, and a complete understanding of how a collegiate track and field team is supposed to be ran. Furthermore, I have found her to be quite personable, with a desire to excel in everything she does. Coach Liebold has such a helpful yet unique way of understanding me and my teammates; that is something that I’ve been gracefully waiting for from a coach since I been involved in athletics. She has a superb amount of accolades, and is also well-respected throughout the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. Coach Liebold is a motivated individual of numerous talents and considerable self-discipline. She is in charge of the men’s program, and we are all a huge family, in addition to coach Liebold. The hard work that she put us through dating back to fall of 2014 in preparation to being successful on the track has humble and strengthened me as in individual. I honestly don’t know what track and field would be like for myself without coach Liebold's constructive criticism, and motivational conversations before or after practice.
