Each one of my clients will get an initial consultation or evaluation. This will be followed up by a discussion surrounding the goals of the athlete, identified areas of weakness and obtain an understanding of the commitment level.

The program will then be designed but is only given out on a weekly basis. Even though there is a general framework, tweaks will be made based on the constant feedback from the athlete throughout the week, which will ensure that necessary adjustments are made based on performance during training or how the athlete is feeling. 360 feedback is critical in order to have the success needed. This feedback will also enable me to make adjustments on the go

For those that do not live close to Chicago, we do offer remote training.

Client Reviews

My son had his first session with coach Brian and it was amazing! My son ended it with a big smile on his face! Coach Brian was able to quickly assess my son’s athletic level and provided personalized training and coaching. He worked with my son on his technique and speed and had him work really hard through the entire session. He also helped him with designing personalized workout and conditioning programs in preparation for the upcoming indoor season. My son is looking forward to working with Coach Brian! Thank you Coach for a great session!

Coach Brian is in one word, amazing! He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly enjoys sharing his passion for the sport of track and field. He has a talent for coaching younger athletes and has made such a difference in so many ways for my son. He has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to many more coaching sessions with Coach Brian in the future.

Coach B is just what we needed to get the girls on track! He's easy to work with! He pushes the girls but he's a motivator. Thanks Coach B!

Coach Brian has been amazing!!! He truly understands all aspects of a well roinded athlete and drives the athlete to be their best. I am sure this coming season will be amazing!!

I feel so lucky to have found Brian. He’s an incredible coach. I’ve been running for years and was the captain of a Division I track team in college. Despite my past experience, I have learned more while working with him these past 5 months than in my previous 10 years of competition. He’s an experienced, world-class athlete in his own right, and a knowledgeable and contentious coach. The workouts he provides are fun and effective, and I’ve already PR’ed just 2.5 months into training this season. I feel honored to have him as part of my coaching team, and I’m looking forward to working together for years to come. I recommend Brian to anyone looking to improve as a runner and competitor.

Coach Brian has been a GAME CHANGER for our son who is a sprinter and long jumper!

He was immediately responsive upon reaching out to him. He took the time to assess his current level and then developed a training program tailored to improving his speed and form.

We have seen key improvements in his times and jumps as a result and are looking forward to even great gains.

Brian is a caring and committed coach. He has excellent repertoire with young kids as well as teens and adults. He listens and works with athletes at an individual level. We highly recommend Coach Brian. He is the best!

So far Brian has been awesome in helping fulfill my track and field dreams. He really knows what he’s talking about and knows a lot about technique and form. I live 3 hours from Brian and I don’t regret it at all. I would recommend Brian as your coach. You would be very happy with your choice.

I would highly recommend Coach Brian. He has been working with my daughter for several months now and immediately provided excellent personalized and specific coaching on technique, strength and speed. He has a great coaching style that my daughter really enjoys. Not only is he helping my daughter achieve her goals, he's helping instill in her a deeper passion for the sport. With Coach Brian, its not about a formula, its about the individual athlete.

Coach Brian is the best coach I ever had. He's very friendly and he understands my needs and knows how to improve my skills. I was always a couple of seconds behind in my startup and did not run with my elbows in the right positions. He trained me very hard but I learned a lot from him to try to be a fast runner. I had only one session with him and already felt like a pro because I learned it from a pro. I will definitely get more trainings from Brian.
