More About Coach Briana
I am a high school basketball varsity coach at one of the main high schools in Los Angeles as well as a Certified Personal Trainer . I train people from as young as middle school to as old as seniors. I have been training people for over 2 years now. This includes basketball strength and conditioning and those who desire to meet their fitness goals.
I graduated from UC Santa Barbara on a full scholarship playing D1 basketball. I’ve gotten so many awards in my collegiate and high schools years, from first team all conference to player of the year, the list continues.
I love clients who love to work. I love when a client is open minded as long as I am able to help them meet their fitness goals. Most of my sessions are geared towards the client’s needs and wants. I like to focus on exercises that allow me to see growth in the clients that I train. This includes a stretching session before and after the workout, as well as 4-6 exercises in between to complete the session.
