More About Coach Bret
BS in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, MS in sports Science and rehab. I have experience working with athletes of all ages. Most recently I worked with the US Ski and Snowboarding association training Olympic hopefuls. I trained USSA's Alpine academy as well. While still in grad school I interned with Lindenwood university working with a variety of NCAA athletes. After undergrad I worked as an Exercise Physiologist with St. Luke's Cardiac Rehab and Wellness center. Finally, I have worked as a personal trainer for more than 3 years. With my education, interpersonal skills and strength training experiences, I can help you reach and exceed your goals.
In high school I was all state defensive end in football and i held the high school wrestling record for most pins, most wins.In college i began playing rugby and continued or 7 years. Throughout all of this I trained in weightlifting including a few Weightlifting competitions.
To reach your goals there is no magic diet pill, no special piece of equipment and no 6 min abs. It takes hard work and a change in your mindset.
As a trainer I have always enjoyed working with people to help them reach their goals. Whether it be weight lose, improving your strength, or increasing athletic ability, I will be right there with you. Throughout your entire journey I will be helping you push yourself and become a little better each day. As a trainer I believe in using large muscle, multi joint movements to stimulate your muscle growth and improve your overall metabolism. This, coupled with a change in your overall mindset, will help you break those barriers and reach your goals.
