More About Coach Brendan

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 3 years of experience training people of all ages, sport backgrounds, and fitness levels. I have experience in private 1-on-1 training, small group training, and team environments. I specialize in training baseball players but I have trained athletes of all sports.

I was an All-State pitcher in high school before going on to play Division I college baseball at the University of Richmond. After my college career I signed with the Seattle Mariners and pitched professionally for three years.

Each session will begin with movement prep and a dynamic warm-up to prime the body for the session. Mobility work is incorporated during this time as well. The prescribed workout for the session will vary based on the client’s needs and goals. A brief movement assessment will be conducted in the first session to help guide the direction of the exercise programming. Clients will be encouraged to ask questions at any time throughout the session.
