My name is Brandon Robinson and I have a Masters Degree in Athletic coaching. I've dealt with many top athletes, such as D'Onta and Money Foreman, and deal with many of the youth athletes around the community. I've also coached little league football for 3 successful years! With many athletes in college and now sending the top dual threat QB in the state to LSU, my resume speaks for itself! From age 5- professional I help athletes become faster, explosive, footwork, conditioning, core, strength, flexibility, and position specific! My work speaks for itself and no client leaves without getting better physically and mentally! I only want to bring out the best in an athlete so they can perform beyond their expected potential!

I was an All-State Athlete for playing multiple positions in football. Won state in Track and field doing the hurdles. I went to play Defensive Back for a division 1 program; McNeese State. Played a little professional ball before starting my Masters and going into my training program!

Every workout consist of a dynamic workout to get the athlete properly warmed up for the workout. Based on the clients first session analysis we build a program based on them to help improve their weaknesses and polish their strengths! From ladders, cone drills, vertimax and other resistance and assistance equipment, weights, hurdles, sleds, and certain position specific drills for the athlete! After the workout we always target Abs to get the athletes core stronger which is very important. Then we cool down and stretch!
