I've been coaching elite athletes for years now. I specialize in Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. I continue to improve my knowledge as a coach constantly with clinics, seminars, and certifications. Coaching is not only my job but its my true passion. Varsity level coach in all 3 sports. I've Coached State Champions and Div.1 Athletes in multiple sports. I've coached at Bishop Stang H.S, Plymouth North H.S, Upper Cape H.S, and Monomoy Regional H.S as well. Football Positional Coach for Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers, and Defensive Backs. I'm CPR/AED Certified, First Aid Certified, MIAA Certified Coach, NFHS Concussion Certified, NFHS Heat Illness Certified, NFHS Sports Nutrition Certified

I competed at an elite level in all 3 Varsity sports. Varsity player in all sports at Old Rochester Regional H.S. and I also competed in a semi-pro league. 9x S.C.C. Champion (8x in Track, 1x in Football), 6x S.C.C. All-Star (3x in Football, 3x in Track), 6x State Medalist Class D/Div. 4 (Track), 5x Standard Times All-Star (2x in Football, 3x in Track), 2x Boston Herald Top 12 Players (Football), 2x Boston Globe Star of the Week (Football). I currently hold 4 school records (3x in Football, 1x in Track). Record holder in Career Rushing Yards, Career All-Purpose Yards, Rushing Yards in a Single Game, and the 4x100 relay(Also S.C.C. Record). I had 3 undefeated dual meet seasons on the Track in the 100 meters and 50 meters. I played 2 semi-pro Football seasons: 1 each for the Middleboro Cobras & Whaling City Clippers.

6. Go over next sessions schedule

Coach Brandon is an awesome coach! In just 4 sessions of working with him I improved my form, and improved my speed and endurance by so much. He makes every practice fun and interesting by introducing new drills and working on and improving the other ones. I look forward to continuing working with him and improving even more!

Coach Brandon was able to assess and come up with a plan to get my son on a plan for working through his injury and on the path to a great outdoor track season. His insight and suggestions were very helpful

A few sessions with Brandon have been very productive and have given my son the individual attention he’s not able to get from his track coaches. Brandon spent time breaking down the sprints into starting blocks setup & placement, set position body alignment, driving forward out of the blocks, and maintaining head, body and arm position through the different phases of the race. My son is at an early stage, but I’d be pleased to see similar results with long/triple jump work in the future. Brandon has been positive and enthusiastic and has stayed a few minutes late when working on a particular issue required it. We’ve had a positive experience and intend to continue working with him for the winter and spring track seasons.

Coach Brandon has been immensly helpful in the few sessions we've had together. His attention to detail is what really sets him apart as a coach. At the start of each session he analyzes my running technique and makes adjustments to my form to increase speed and efficiency. Coach Brandon does an excellent job of explaining each drill and how it will help with the training. He picks up on the small things like angling your blocks a little more at the start, or keeping your head up on the runway. Coach Brandon's insightful techniques pair perfectly with his fun and enthusiastic personality, making each training session a blast. He is a wealth of information, and has helped me so much in such a short period. 10/10 would recommend!

Coach Perry is a great coach! After only one session I have learned so much that will definitely help me improve in my race. He really takes into perspective your individual needs and puts in time and effort to make sure you will perform your best. I would definitely recommend him to friends!

Coach Brandon is an unbelievable Coach. My son is currently attending a prep school in R.I., and I was looking for an Agility/Speed coach for him, to prepare him for his upcoming Basketball season.
