More About Coach Brandon
I'm a seasoned strength and conditioning coach, functional medicine practitioner and sports nutritionist. I'm fluent in all areas of biology and human performance. I've appeared in 70+ publications online and in print, including Mensfitness, Onnit.com, Shape and Livestrong.com. I've worked with athletes in almost every sport from junior and middle school to the Olympic and professional levels.
A few of my certifications are with A.C.E., N.A.S.M, Poliquin Biosignature practitioner,PRI certified, CHEK level 4 practitioner, USA Olympic lifting club coach , USA track and field level 1 coach, DNAFit genetic counselor, B.S. in Kinesiology from Temple University, Precision nutrition certified coach.
My specialty is engineering training programs according to the needs of the athlete. I have a background in physical therapy and rehabilitation modalities which helps identify weak points and prevents injury. I also assess and optimize an athlete for quality and longevity in regards to their athletic career.
I work one on one, with small groups and in team settings.
As far as my own athletic accomplishments, I was on the basketball team in high school. I've been a student of strength conditioning for over 15 years and have researched and explored into pushing the boundaries of human performance.
The initial session consists of a needs analysis, goals and deliverables if there's an upcoming event. I then assess movement patterns, current strength levels, potential weak points for injuries and conditioning levels. A typical session will be a challenging training protocol customized to the goals of the athlete that will involve increases in strength, speed and technique.

Client Reviews
Casey M, RD, USAW Certified Sports Performance (Testimonial)
I met Brandon in the summer of 2004. Since then he has been a great influence and extremely knowledgeable coach that helped guide me through my nutrition and exercise career. He exposed me to a wide range of insightful disciplines on nutrition and exercise, as well as seminars, and clinics. This helped me develop a great foundation and now I am a Registered Dietitian, licensed Physical Therapist, USAW certified Sports Performance Coach, and Division III Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. I highly recommend Brandon as a coach for all aspects of one’s life, whether personal, professional or academic.
