I have a portfolio of clients with local gyms. I typically train young football players ages 14-18, however, I am able to develop all age groups into next level athletes.

I played Defensive Back for Edinboro University. I am a 2x All-American, 3x First-Team all conference, 3x All Super Region, a finalist for the Cliff Harris award, team captain, and South Jersey's Collegiate Division 2 player of the year.

Each client will begin with a dynamic warm-up. Following the warm-up, we will do drills that cater to the client's position and goals. I will construct a plan to further develop each client, mentally and physically.

Although only our second session with Coach B; we have seen marked improvement in our sons knowledge base. Today’s session was intense and amazing.
