More About Coach Bowman

I am a former D1 quarterback with several years of strength and conditioning experience learning from high-level professionals. With an NASM-CPT certification and soon to be NSCA-CSCS certification, I have a good mix of in-the-field athletic experience and scholastic knowledge that I feel confident applying to any athlete's situation. I train athletes ranging from the elementary level to the D1 collegiate level so please don't hesitate to reach out and see how I can help raise your game.

I was a top QB recruit in the state of Texas as a high schooler and chose to play at the University of Houston under HC Tom Herman and QB coach Major Applewhite. Our position room at U of H consisted of Greg Ward (current Eagles WR), Kyle Allen (current Texans QB), and Deriq King (current Defenders QB (XFL)) whom I was able to learn and grow abundantly with.

Sessions typically run 45 minutes - 1 hour in length starting with a 5-10 minute warmup. The rest of the session consists of various blocks of exercises in a collegiate-style format designed to mimic high-level training that keeps the athlete appropriately stimulated while maintaining fundamentals as a priority.
