I have coached and trained athletes for 15yrs (+). I began training elementary age athletes and currently train athletes through college. I coached within the school district in the Houston area and own/operate A1 Performance Training. I was certified through ISSA.

Athletes will warm-up and stretch properly. Conduct speed/quick/agility drills, then proceed into position specific drills/exercises. At the conclusion of each session we will strengthen core and condition. Our goal is to strengthen weaknesses and build upon strengths.
